Scenic Painting under scenic charge Kyle McMahon for immersive escape-room style game and bar “PASSPORT TO IRON CITY” Experience promoting 2019 James Cameron film ALITA: BATTLE ANGEL. Worked under the direction of the film production designers, Caylah Eddleblute and Steve Joyner. Project coordinated by IAM8Bit, TellArt, Future Space, and Gamma NYC.

Creature mask “Mother Nightmare” I fabricated for a 2018 Halloween immersive performance seance (“Organ Diviner”) I directed at the House of Yes.

Character commissioned by event collective EX CAELO, an immersive game experience and art event series. Each event features different fictional deities as archetypes of nature, ushering seasonal shifts.

GARRA, the Corpse-Eater - a vulture spirit among 4 animal deities representing the celebration of Ostara, the coming of spring.
Her concept was to signify the duality and transformation of “death” to “life,” as a creature that feeds off death to sustain life and a rhythmic ecosystem.

I created the character design, concepted activation, and fabricated the headpiece.

Collaborated with EX CAELO: Seres artists on an illustrated “tarot card” for immersive game event featuring an autumn-themed pantheon of fictional deities of the natural world.
Created the character headpiece, costume, and activation of a mushroom spirit, “Gaestra.”

Partnered with VibeTribeNY to create immersive brand activations for EL SILENCIO mezcal. EL SILENCIO identifies as a sultry, smooth, “black magic and alchemy” inspired mezcal.
I was contacted for concepts and creative direction in theme with the brand’s identity, collaborating with VibeTribe for costume design and narrative character performance.

We provided an immersive atmosphere and performance in their New York event “CINQ” in May 2019, and were asked to activate the brand again for the US international debut of BAR CONVENT: BROOKLYN 2019.
Our efforts were awarded by BCB “Most Creative Booth 2019.”

Provided scenic services and direction transforming pop-up venue with a whimsical ribbon ceiling, vinyl wrapped product nooks, custom finished furniture, and holiday photobooth area activation.

Immersive seance experience produced for XOXA Halloween 2018 at House of YES.

The experience was built in the Onyx Room to resemble the hut of a haruspex - a witch reading omens and messages inside the organs of animals. Sinew-like tendrils hung tangled from the ceiling with various cages and candles setting the mystical and nefarious mood. A live soundboard hidden from sight played effects on cue when “sacrificing” the ritual animal and while summoning the energies to conjure demons in the dark.
